As far as I know, there are two brass types I've seen in the USA. RWS stuff imported in the 20th century, and Quality Cartridge (made domestically).

I'm unsure if Bell, Jamison, or Bertram ever made 9.3x64?

I'd start with a phone call to qual-cart because they will do a run when they have sufficient demand: https://www.qual-cart.com/contact.htm

Second, I'd prowl GB for RWS 9.3x64 because it does show up there from time to time.

Third, if you're really desperate, this technique has worked for me on this very forum: Search old threads about people discussing their 9.3x64 projects, handloads, etc. PM all of them asking if they have spare brass. An AH brother might hook you up if you're willing to do the work to figure out who they are and start sending PMs.
