Hi,

I’m looking for a Zeiss Diavari V or Victory 1.5-6x42 scope, preferably with a #4 reticle, but will consider alternate reticles.

Thanks,

Jay

I have one with the #4 reticle that I may be prepared to sell. Where in the world are you?

Hi,

I’m in Canada. If you don’t mind, would you please forward some pics to: [redacted]

Regards,

Jay

I started reading up on ITAR rules re: shipping scopes from USA to Canada.

I think I need a drink now...

Can anyone share a clear, concise rendering of the legality of an individual shipping a rifle scope from USA to Canada?

Asking for a friend!

Are you in the States or England? All I need it shipped to is Washington State. The last US Customs supervisor I spoke to said ITAR was only for actual firearms, actions, barrels, etc, and specifically not hunting scopes.

Barring that there are several brokerage firms that handle all that - I’ve used them when buying firearms from the US.

What condition is this girl in? If you could send some photos that would be appreciated.

ITAR does apply to some scopes and other optics… but it does not apply to any scope designed for hunting…definitely would not apply to a Divari or Victory…

I have been using a "Personal Property" rider on my State Farm homeowner's policy to cover guns when I travel with them.
I have several firearms, but only one is worth over $20K (A Heym double rifle).
Very interested.
Would firearms be covered for damage, as well as, complete loss?
I'll can let the State Farm rider cover my watches...
