I have a VC Imperial RB in 450NE and am quite pleased with it. The fit and finish are great and it locks up tight. To top it off it’s quite accurate as well.

Do any of you own or have experience with Verney Carron double rifles. Just looking for a background on them. Pros and cons associated with their doubles. A double could be a possibility this year.

Talk to Ken Bush, he has a mountain of knowledge on VC and other.

Be that as it may, the boddingtons have nothing compared to his VC's, and you can find nicer wood on non boddington No. 1 models.

I'd like to ask, understand if it's discreet .. However, if it's Case colored or a grey receiver?
There's something to those round body's imo, that are unique unto themselves.

I don't mind sharing. I love this gun. It was case colored but has been carried a LOT so it has a good amount of finish wear at receiver and front of barrels but I love that too. It's a real working rifle.

I've noticed (not only VC's) but High end listings "Sold/Sale Pending".
Kebco had some beautiful 450/400's recently on GI @ 20% that are gone, including that Prechtl 416.

Australia's distributer has one .600 Looking forward to Mr. Lombardi's imports soon ..
