Hi doc. No scammer here. I’m new to this site, but have been involved in African hunting for about 20 years. I know numerous people on this site personally. I have been on three episodes of Hornaday’s Dark and Dangerous; one of the episodes was me taking a tuskless cow with this very rifle.

I have owned one of these. Very high quality. I sent it to Cal Pappas to look over, before he passed, and he was impressed - said it was a very fine double, fine quality.
Can't go wrong here and at a good price.

V-C are so nice to carry because of the round body, no sharp edges. The only 2 I've shot were very nice.
If I found one in 450 NE or 450-400 I would buy it. Just don't need another 470.

For length of pull I’m coming up with 15 1/8” to the front trigger using a regular measuring tape. About an inch less to the rear trigger. It weighs 11.05# on my kitchen scale.
