UPS not accepting private ammo shipments, FedEx has a monopoly and taking advantage!

I got my FFL 03 just so I can ship and be shipped ammo here in California!!! I order online, open my door and I have all the items I need.
‘also pretty cool to have older guns shipped to your door.
Recently I've shipped out via ups both a modern rifle and ammo back east, Ups website says only ffl to ffl can ship.

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
