Up for your consideration is an absolutely gorgeous 12 gauge Sidelock by Union Armera. This maker later became the maker currently known for some of the finest Spanish shotguns, Grulla Armas.

This shotgun is in beautiful condition overall with excellent case color and deep bluing. Bores are excellent and bright. The stock has some minor finish wear and a few small handling marks. Gold stock oval was previously engraved. I tried to capture any blemishes in photos, but happy to provide more upon request.

Profuse scroll engraving and strong case colors. Double triggers w/ articulated front trigger, automatic selective ejectors, disc set strikers, and jeweled barrel and action flats all denote a high quality gun. Weighs 6lb 12oz.

The 28" barrels are chambered for 2-3/4" shotshells. They are topped by a solid concave game style rib. The right barrel is bored 0.722 with a constriction of 0.005 for Skeet choke. The left barrel is bored 0.723 and has a constriction of 0.024 for Modified choke. The bores are shiny and bright and the bluing is in great condition - a deep rich blue.

The straight grip stock and splinter forearm are made of nicely figured straight grained European walnut. Checkering is good. Stock dimensions are 14-7/8" to a checkered butt by DAC: 1-3/8" by DAH: 2-3/8". Cast off slightly for the righthanded shooter.

Unlike the metal surfaces the wood finish is showing some wear from normal usage. There are some handling marks, also from normal usage and a few dents that are easily and inexpensively repairable. The stock is sturdy with no cracks - just needs a little cosmetic refreshing, should it be of importance to you.

This is a great handling fine Spanish game gun from a top notch gunmaker.

Perfect for game or clays. Nicely priced and a great value.

Barrels: 28"
Chokes: SK/Mod
Chambers: 2-3/4"
LOP: 14-7/8" to Checkered Butt
DAC: 1-3/8"
DAH: 2-3/8"
Cast: slight Cast-off for Right hand shooter

Also forgot to mention that The barrel and action flats actually have both UA and Grulla proof marks, as can be seen in the photos.

Also this shotgun was manufactured in 1982 with a date stamp of B2.

Hi Jay,

Hope you're well.

I'm headed your way in January.

Attending SHOT Show has been a long time bucket list item for me.

Finally made it happen and I'm headed to Vegas.

I know you're some distance from Vegas - but would be keen to catch up if it works out.

Have a good one.

Mark
