Training for South Africa

Shooting and using our camera equipment for the hunt... and maybe drinking some wine. Camera controlled via cell phone. Some say I have a I have a "crazy eye" when shooting my bow.

We fly August 18th. Hunting with Limcroma. Looks like the wine affected my typing a little too. LOL There isnt an edit button for the initial posts I guess?

Shoot frequently and always DRINK a sensible dinner and you will be at your peak for your Safari! I always start this regime 364 days prior to any trip! I also practice my stalking skills around the time that she says "don't you think that is enough scotch?" I sneak to the cabinet for another, if I don't get caught, I consider myself cat like, if I do get caught, there is always tomorrow to try again!

What grain and type broadhead are you shooting with the recurve?

I'll be shooting Zwickey Deltas, Ace Standards, and a Grizzly or two. They weigh around 200 grains each. Arrow weight ranges from 630s to 650s.

That should have read "ACE Super Express" 175 gr version. Using an aluminum insert but also an aluminum footing as well. WIDE cut.
