Somebody needs to set up a big screen for the antis to watch with butchering of blesboks, impala, springbok and all the delicious meat that is available to eat from them. Screw the antis and their silly nonsense.

What is really starting to scare me is it only takes 20 or 30 of these idiots to do all they do. They get tv time ,stop shows or at least make it just hard for us to go about what we believe in.

How can we not have one of the groups we belong to know how we can make more head way against a few of these idiots. I would have left of few of these a-holes know what they are doing only makes me want to hunt more. Would have showed them a few hunting photos to ruin there day.

How many of you have even been to Africa? (Answer would be 0 or 1 out of 1000)
Do you know anything about Africa, the recent drought, rabies outbreak, what the land is like there?
Do you know anything about the poaching going on there?
Do you know how many jobs rely on the hunting industry?
Do you know how the animal meat is used?
How much money and time have you put towards conservation?

The protesters were not even from animal action. I took some video as we went through the protesters and not one was from the group posted on the other thread. They just put people up to doing there dirty work for them. In the CTV news video you will see a couple with their children talking to one of the outfitters, should have seen the protesters harass the children when they came through the line (that's the stuff that needed to make the news, absolutely shameful). We were there pretty early and didn't even bother trying to talk with the protesters as Mr. Megaphone just shouted anything out you had to say ... luckily my gunners ears from all those years of defending their right to protest weren't really affected by the volume. Looking at some of the later footage it seems the police at least gained some semblance of control as there was no presence early in the show!

I will be at the Calgary show, and I too wish I could ask these questions, but I think when you're talking to people who think in slogans, this is likely to be a frustrating experience. Even though I love a good confrontation!

The most rational people - the sanest by a long shot (!) - where the hunters attending the show!
