I don’t have kids, I’m single, but I have a best friend that is always with me my Dog Charlie. This morning and early afternoon he was acting just fine. This afternoon I found him laying there in the yard. I rushed him to the ER and he’s there fighting for his life tonight. He’s in the ICU on oxygen and stable now but they can’t figure out what is going on yet. I have had them bring in a Cardiologist and a Radiologist tomorrow morning and they will do a full CT scan and Cardio exam.
This is breaking my heart, he’s all I got…

So sorry. The sudden onset out in the yard makes me wonder whether he ate something - a toad, mushroom, snake, something very rotten on the side of the road, or maybe a snake bite?

Definitely saying a prayer for Charlie and you too.

Here is hoping your loyal friend makes a full recovery. It’s tough losing a dog because we are their whole life and we keep them to care for them and enjoy their company knowing all to well we usually outlive them.

I feel for you. Hope the vets figure it out quickly and have Charlie back on his feet quickly.

Sorry to hear that and I hope Charlie makes a full recovery soon. Thoughts and prayers for you both

How old is he? There's a mysterious condition in older dogs called vestibular disease with symptoms resembling stroke. It usually passes within 72 hours.

Prayers for both you and Charlie. I just lost my dog Duncan to Osteosarcoma six months after diagnosis. He is at peace now and my wife and I are still saddened. Be strong and remember that as his master he is relying on you to make tough decisions for him.

Man, I hate hearing stories like this. Dogs are very special and remember he is counting on you to be strong for him. I will pray for both of you.

I saw you were looking for some Swift A-Frames for your 9.3. I just bought a bulk supply of them in the 285g. version. If Toby's are gone, I could let 100 go for $200 shipped you are interested.
Thanks,
Gary
