Today is the day!!

Well Atlanta to Johannesburg leg down. Was pretty tiresome but not intolerable. I will say that if not getting to put my 2 feet on the continent of Africa and be able to take a life long dream hunt in Africa that I would not do that flight just for fun. Not even joking.

Have a great trip and enjoy!

Phil this is out of Tri Cities TN. Bristol, Kingsport and Johnson City you are probably familiar with this one.

Hah! I thought it looked familiar. Yes been there to visit my buddy in Johnson City for the Bristol race.

Johnson City, TN...yep made that flight a few times years passed.
Oh you’re going to have a fine trip with KMG! All the reports from there have been excellent!
Best of luck! I can hardly wait for pictures at least and a report!

Ok so I’m here on my second day of my trip with KMG and Marius not going to give to much away until I do the hunting report. Let’s just say that things Are going way better than I had hoped for[emoji3][emoji3][emoji3][emoji3]. So maybe the smiley faces might give you a hint.

I always eat well before getting on the plane as I don’t like airline food. Set your watch to the time in RSA. Take noise cancelling headphones they make a huge difference! I take a melatonin and try to sleep at the appropriate time (RSA time) and watch movies the rest of the time. Walk around and drink some water and just enjoy the journey!
Regards,
Philip

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
