The World Has Lost a Good Man

I am very sorry. This is a beautiful tribute to him.

Sorry for your loss Tim. I know you cherished the time you had with your parents.

My condolences to you and yours. No matter how old you get your Dad is always your Dad and you never stop looking up to them.

A wonderful tribute to your father, I know you will miss him. He raised a damn fine son, the greatest tribute of all.
May he rest in peace and continue to provide inspiration from a life well lived!
God bless you Tim.

I'm sorry for your loss, comrade. I am happy for the long life he got to lead and the children he left behind. You are in my thoughts.

Sorry for your loss Tim...my condolences..

Tim you and your family have my condolences. You do him justice and honor with your words and your actions.

Tim, I know your pain, I lost my dad in 2015, he was one month shy of 93. Instead of remembering his death, I remember all that he taught me. His faith was unshaken and he "witnessed" his faith to others right up to the end.

My condolences, Tim.

Prayers my friend....

We are all here for you.

tim,

there are no words that will truly make it right. but i wish you well, and you should be thankful you had your dad so long. my dad died at 76 last winter. its funny, every once in a while, i especially miss him. i wish you and your family the best.

I am very sorry for your loss. I hope that soon the happy memories will outweigh the pain of the loss. Rest in peace to your father.

Tim
I am so sorry for your loss. Sounds like you have some interesting family history.
God Bless,
Philip

You are all so very kind. Thank you for allowing me to grieve for my Father in this forum, and in this way.

It is a great comfort to know that people are with you at a time like this.

We had a family conference call last night to determine Funeral particulars (sad that we are so spread out). All four siblings will be involved in the funeral. I will be doing the grave-side portion.

Part of us just want to be grieving children, but who on earth knew him better, and can eulogize him more truthfully than his kids?

So, we are doing it. Fortunately the main eulogy will be done by my brother who has done many funerals...so we have at least one professional in the group! ;)

Thanks again to each and every one of you. Your kind comments, thoughts and prayers mean a lot to me, and honor the memory of my Father.

Tim

So sorry Tim for your loss. My condolences my brother.

Sorry to hear about this Tim. It is obvious by what you have written that he was a special individual.
