Very very nice. I have not done any myself (more's the pity), but Lord knows I have paid for quality work. The rustic pedestals look great in many spaces. To include the trophy room, we have primarily antique furniture, so nicely finished walnut and mahogany pedestals fit better.

I love both styles. @Moe324 great quality work and some beautiful trophies. My own interior would definitely fit better with @Red Leg style.

I everytime marvel at your trophy room @Red Leg . This is for me the pinnacle of a trophy room. I've said it already on numerous occasions but it is truly a work of art.

Very kind of you. Next time in Texas drop by.

Those all look great! I’ve always wanted to do woodworking, but I don’t have the tools.

My son in law’s grandfather made this pedestal mount for me to put my nyala on. It’s white oak that I will stain dark.

@Moe324, excellent work sir, my father had built tables, bases and pedestals for some of my mounts but his health over the last 10 or so years has stopped that.
Most of mine are stained oak or walnut but I do like the barn wood pedestals!

@Nosler guy that is some great work and very nice trophies. Love pictures of taxidermy work. If you've got more please share.

Jerome, do you think my last post in rough camping must maybe shift as an article?

Good afternoon,

I'm trying to get in contact with Mr Butch Searcy. I have the opportunity to buy one of his rifles chambered in 577 nitro Express however the seller does not have any of the paperwork with the information about what ammunition or bullet weight was used to regulate it. I know he is not making firearms anymore but I wanted to reach out after seeing one of your post about him.

Hi - the only (best) method of sending you the .375/06IMP data is with photographing my book notes. My camera died so the only way I can do it is with my phone. To do that, I would need your e-mail address, as this
new Android phone is too complicated to upload to my desk computer, which would be easier and to down-grade, reduce the file sizes.
Best wishes
Daryl
