Takeri Pics

It's a great idea. I'll enjoy seeing different pictures as you tour around the reserve.

When you are bored Pete you can tell the Lion story......

Lovely Kudu. Oh how I do love them !

Here are some @PeteG sent me yesterday after he checked his trail cams that he had left out ...Great to see the hippo....only a few possibly 5 or 6 on our stretch of the river....and very quiet and secretive due to poaching....they only used to appear during the rains when river is right up....but slowly a few have started staying....we keep hoping will take up residence in the dam....but even though they do go in and out of it unfortunately don't remain in it....also we have one bushpig that appeared sometime around 2 or 3 years ago....it identifies as a warthog as only time I have seen it ,and think same for Pete was when it ran across the track in front of us with a family of warthogs.... :E Big Grin:

Some decent pics, once i discovered that the 7,219 pics on one camera were mainly down to the fact that a spider built a web across the front of the camera a day after it was put in place...

on a side note, i have a few "blurry web cam pics" up for sale, perhaps i should upload them to OnlyFans!

Interesting to see that one of the hippo had the end of its tail missing.
So no hairs to help swish all the :A Shit: about.

Great thread Pete.

And since you titled this "Takeri Pics" and not "Pete's Takeri Pics" it should not be grossly inappropriate for the visiting sportsman add a few.
