Swapping hunts

Now that is a great deal lol! @billc you better pony up lol

I maybe able to add some red and gray squirrels to the package. LOL Not much in Pa to offer up for you my friend. It would be awesome to get up to hunt with you one day though.

I personally love the idea. I’m here in Georgia. Absolutely great whitetail hunting. Squirrels and rabbits everywhere. Hogs not that far away. And yotes and armadillos are pretty bad around here. I’d be more than happy to try it out

Here are some pictures from this years caribiu and moose season. I just took a little meat bull on caribou. A buddy of mine and my wife wanted the trophy bills. Although when they shot theirs if I hadn't already shot my little one I could have bagged another nice one. There were about 9 shooters in the herd. The moose was 50.5 inches wide. I thought he was 53 when I shot him. Caribou has a way better success rate on the 40 mile herd hunt. If anyone is interested.

If interested in a 40 mile caribou the will be in velvet during the season. I know some people love velvet and some hate it. So if you are one of the ones that hate it it is not a good idea.

I would love to hunt my first mule deer and antelope.
I can offer black bear, and trophy fishing for northern pike, walleye, brook trout and smallmouth.
Also cash...
I'm in WY now, internet is iffy will message you later

I have done a couple arrangements like this on another forum. Got 1 friend his first bull elk on opening morning, the other guy has been out twice, once with his son and may come out again next year with 2 sons. Really great to just help people realize a dream without spending a year of college tuition. That's what it is all about.

About the only reliable hunt I can offer up is a high country muzzleloader mule deer hunt. You'd need a preference point to be sure of drawing, and a strict understanding to never publicly reveal what unit we hunt ;) so we keep it as a 0-1 pount draw. There ARE elk, but its far from easy, and nothing to put on the cover of Eastmen's.

Could I swap the muzzleloader for a longbow? I can drop whitetail sized game out to 60 yards. Haven’t pushed it past that though

This is about all I can legally share around here, but I have a LOT to share! All taken within a few Km of home. The third picture was taken from my doorstep!

With hunting season fast approaching I was wondering if anyone wanted to do a fall caribou hunt? Seems like the stars lined up for some friends to go hunt Africa instead of coming up for caribou (dont blame him one bit). The hunt would be August 12 and normally only stays open for a day or 2.

@huntinlabs that's a great opportunity for someone.

Thanks it's my last fall caribou season up here and I'm just trying to help someone live out a bucket list hunt for no extra cost other than license and food. It's all about making memories and helping others when you can to me.

If I were not off playing elsewhere on that date I'd have been up bugging you in a heart beat.

uh oh looks like you might be able to fill that vacant spot in your hunting schedule

Maybe.. as of now it is still open. I am going to go out with my family regardless so that could be a downfall in some peoples eyes.

No downfall in my eyes, not much beats hunting with family members. Actually though I was referring to dailors open spot in his hunting schedule. I would be all over this but I'll be in Ontario looking for another bear at that time.

Nugget here. A guide gave me the nickname as I looked similar to Nugent at the time. Hunting for over 50 years yet I am new to hunting in another country and its inherent game species. I plan to do archery. I have not yet ruled out the long iron as a tag-along for a stalk. I am still deciding on a short list of game. Not a marksman but better than average with powder and string.
