Speer 375h&h tungsten core load data

Hello does anyone have an old speer manual that shows load data for the 375hh 300 grain tungsten core solids
I recently acquired a box of them but none of my books have that bullet I think it was discontinued in the early 2000s.
A photo of that page would be greatly appreciated
Also is this a decent solid

I load 80.0 grains of H4350 with the Speer 300 AGS in my Ruger RSM .375 H&H.
