You did “this a few years back”. Well, that was a few years ago, then it was very simple indeed. However that has been changed, now every apllication has to go to the CFR Pretoria…
I have contacted HuntersPermitsAfrica, they will go personally to CFR tomorrow in order to double-time them…Then contact henry at rifle permits.com
“Application will be finalized shortly.” That I was told yesterday. I’m quite happy, however what means "shortly"… The BVC, Zimbabwe is waiting for me!Any news here
Was it sorted
Glad it worked out for you! Good luck!Wow, the firearm permit is with me, it arrived today, can hardly believe my luck! Leaving on May 2 for Bulawayo, very much looking forward to an old dagga boy.
Thank you. With John Sharp on my side luck will be with me Apparantly the bush is very thick and there are plenty ticks - it will get quite exciting I suppose…Glad it worked out for you! Good luck!
That‘s what I would love to get: a very old bull with huge polished boss. However the size of the trophy has no meaning to me, important is the hunt itself.Super news!! BVC is an excellent area! Great buffalo there with good numbers of scrum and broken horn dagga boys Good luck!
Wish I were there
Exactly, we are talking about pepper ticks. Got already lots of DEET and Permethrin. Poor animals, they will be full of ticks, get eaten alive.John Sharp knows BVC that's for sure! Oh my, ticks! This time of year, pepper ticks can be thick in BVC area. Check often and pre-treat clothes with something like permethrin along with some DEET on ankles, arms and neck. After a fairly wet season in 2018 IIRC, surprised I didn't get tick fever.
