Once again, I am sorry if I come off as "mean" here, but in my opinion, this agent has got to go. I do not know the guy personally and I am sure he is a good man, but you have paid him for services and he has royally failed in delivering on those services. He may be a good friend, but business comes first and his mistake costed you a lot of money and headache. I am speaking for myself here, but that is unforgivable. Do what you think is best and please do not take my comments the wrong way, but I know that I would never do business again with someone who put me in this sort of a situation, especially when I am paying him specifically to prevent situations like this from arising.

This situation is starting to look like a plague!

How do you sell 5 separate Rhino hunts, while you are aware there are problems with the first ones??
To date contact has been made with 5 Clients/Hunters that were suppose to hunt these Rhino's and the agent booked them all.
It's seem he thought he and his buddies made enough out of 5 Rhinos to hit the road and start something else with that money.

We have information from a good informant that they have appeared in court regarding 2 of the counts and more are following as of now. They are rescheduled to reappear in court somewhere in February.

This whole matter definitely stinks. I hate thieves and for sure that is what this seems to be. Angus, I hope you get your money back and get some satisfaction as well. Maybe you can make your hunt next year with someone honest. At any rate, I think there are a few guys on here that need to go to work for homeland security. I think they have a few terrorist they could use your help in finding. Good job guys. It is good to be a member of a community that does try and help someone in need.

I have made contact with one of the guys that has been scammed, I put them in contact with a lawyer that I really trust.
They should get this show started soon.

The help here has been indispensable, sorry to be so quiet in this thread, been dealing in emails and messages on it. Bossie has been enormously helpful and got the ball rolling in a way I was struggling to, won't be forgotten guys.

I don't want to say I've given up on my money and lost it, as I'll fight til the bitter end for it. I do recognize the chances of seeing any of it are slim however and at this point just want them to regret this.

Forgive me if I missed it in the thread, but have you received the money back from Theo that he still holds? You've stated that you trust him, but not that the money has come back. Again, unless I missed it.

The focus here has been on rhinocon, and rightfully so, but if there are still delays with the money from Theo that is also something I would want to know as it would be enough to keep me from considering using him in the future.

Sorry again that you have had to go through all of this.
