The Brits understood this problem well. Their solution was evil but effective:

Garrison the area. Remove its resources. Pillage the wealth.

Now we have 5-10 generations of whites that have no home or culture outside Africa and they are the.villain. I say they give them 90% of the land and walk. Establish a state. Garrison and hold onto something defensible.

Africa at present is not a strategically safe place for the lighter colored people. Unlike Europe, where the solution would be to milk them with exhorbitant taxes, Africa would prefer to seize the land and let it go fallow. There is absolutely no need to second guess planning a trip to South Africa. These are the type of media events that create a hysteria and do irreparable harm to the safari and touring industry that the vast majority of South Africans depend on.

I did a pretty extensive search on the Lichtenburg protest and from what I have read this was a protest against the government, not an anti-white protest. The videos definitely show a mob that burned a couple of vehicles and threw rocks and bottles at police trying to disperse them. The only casualties reported where that several hundred chickens were burnt alive in one of the trucks set afire which apparently has created an outcry from animal rights activists in the country. (true story)... No shots seen fired by the crowd or police... Where did you get that info? I'm not trying to downplay a serious situation, but the Whats App message you posted is drastically different from what is on the internet.

Understood. I am not naive to this... However, I searched multiple sources trying to get better information, and the only headline I could find regarding the protest was that hundreds of baby chicks were burned up. That seemed to be the biggest concern over this.

I have dozens of South African friends who I chat with on What's App almost daily. If this was happening live with whites being shot in the streets and police being over-run , I think they would have sent me a heads-up. I'm getting on a plane for Jo'burg in 2 days.

I also think that it would be nearly impossible for the RSA media, or any media to cover up. And, why would they? They love this stuff... If the police were under siege, somebody would have recorded it with their phone and posted it on YouTube by now.
