Pieter still does 75% of the guiding but as he has grown the business he does use other Ph's also. If you book a trip and ask for him and only him then he will book the time that way. He is very easy to deal with that way and it is one of the things I have driven home as a point to make sure if the client wants him only or opened to another ph
