SOUTH AFRICA: First Safari Review - KMG Hunting Safaris

Great trophies, so congratulations. You're hooked now!

Congratulations! Great bushbuck! I like your M70 Supergrade Maple. I have the same rifle in 300 winmag and have used it on a lot of African plains game.

The rifle was a model 70 supergrade maple, 30-06 with Hornady Superformance 165 grain all copper CX projectiles. Thanks !
Looks like the CX bullets performed perfectly! I love the model 70 too. I'm taking a Mod 70 Classic on my next plains game hunt. I had it re-barreled to 338-06AI. I have a load worked up with the 185gr Hornady CX at 3080fps for that rifle.

Looks like you had a great hunt!! How big was that buskbuck?
Bushbuck was just over 15. Threw both me and the PH off. Shows you that nature will always take some time to teach us a thing or two.

Congrats on a great hunt!

Your animals are very good and I am happy to see the way your bullets performed. I have yet to used "unleaded bullets" but at least it is good to know that when the commies force us to no longer use lead bullets we have good options.

Props to Marius @KMG Hunting Safaris for putting on yet another great hunt as well

Very nice animals. I am the hunter you met getting on the first plane.

Did you have any problems with your layover? I spoke to Alex later that day and he said he had talked to you.

Luckily everything went smooth! Appreciate the help. This forum makes the world seem a little smaller. Thank again brother.
