This is a heck of a deal for someone. If someone takes it, keep me in mind for some of the reloading equipment.

will do. i will just end up selling separately, rifle, scope, reloading/ammo

Wow, what a beauty, congrats!!!
If you do sell the rifle, I could use some 275 R brass for my No. 1. :)

For those of you that know me, you know I have been waiting for my John Rigby in 275 Rigby to be completely refurbished by a professional in my neck of the woods in GA. This rifle was built in July 1956. It was sold to a Riley Smith. It is a Sporting High Velocity Rifle...this was the precursor to the Highland Stalker of today. The weight is 7lb. 6 oz. The barrel is 25 inches. The LOP is 14.5 inches. Serial # 6027. The following is being done to it:
1. Hand carved new high grade stock sold to me as a Grade 6...it is beautiful...my original had a crack in it so I went ahead and spent the money for new.
2. Barrel re-blued or blacked, not sure which but true to Rigby London after my call to them. (they are so incredibly helpful with everything including the color of stain to keep it original.)
3. Stock completely glass bedded for accuracy.

Attached are the following things that will go with this rifle:
1. The Rigby London certificate showing its authinticity as a true London Rigby Rifle.
2. 150 unfired Rigby brass
3. 100 unfired Remington 7X57 brass
4. 300 Oryx 170 grain SN bullets
5. 300 Norma 170 grains GR bullets
6. 150 Nosler 160 grain Ballistic tip bullets
7. 200 Hornady 154 grain SST bullets
8. 100 Hornady 154 grain Interloch RN bullets
9. 3 completely new unused sets of dies for the 275 Rigby

I will be selling all of this for $10,000. This will go as a total package so please do not ask to buy any of the above separately since I will not do that.

For perspective, if you were to buy a new Highland Stalker today the list price is $14,700 with my grade 6 stock upgrade at a 1.26 conversion rate as of today...this is from their web site...you can go online and find them at a premium of around $16 to $18,000 (Gunsinternational) The above reloading supplies from the websites I searched this weekend averages to $1,800. The total would be $16,500 if you bought from Rigby shop with above. My $10,000 price would be a 40% discount using the $14,700 Rigby store number which does not include shipping costs.

I know everyone will want to see pictures first which I completely understand. I will have the finished rifle in my hands in December and will post a ton of pictures then. The reason I am selling is I want to get a very high end rifle that I am looking at...no I do not want to share at this time until I make the final decision to buy it but I am selling two of my rifles to get it. (Already sold my Merkel.)

As always so appreciate people looking at what I put up for sale!!!

today i sold all the loaded ammunition to an AH member so it is gone. i have reduced all the remaining reload supples to just $1,000 from the previous $1,800. Mrs Rarebreed has told me if i don’t get my reduced cost on rifle i can keep it. based on this and given it is hard to get Rigby brass stamped i will not sell that brass separate from the remaining reload supplies. rifle still for sale at 7,000 with scope added add an additional $750

I just sold my John Rigby in 275 Rigby. I knew it would not last 2 weeks at my price and it did not. thanks so much everyone for looking.

As a reminder all the reloading items in the picture on this thread are still for sale. I reduced them from my purchase price of $1,800 to $1,000.
