I've never been a fan of fiberglass rifles and until recently the only one I owned was the 340 Weatherby Magnum on the right.
I always called this rifle my 'Meat Stick'. The 340 WM, like Thor's Hammer, near or far big or small whatever the weather with the Leupold scope and scope covers this combo has always gotten it done.

Then something happened. I decided I wanted to own a few more fiberglass rifles. On left is a Christensen Arms in 22-250 Remington and center is a Best of the West in 6.5 PRC that I just picked up for a Red Stag hunting this coming Sept. in Scotland.

I guess one has to keep their mind open or you'll miss out! Let's see your fiberglass....

This is a 7mmPRC that I had built from a 338 Win Mag. You have to “make a plan” when you are a lefty and really like Winchester Model 70s. Did quite well on deer this season here at home with the Federal 170 grain terminal ascents. Hope to try it out on some bigger stuff at some point.

Great Lineup!

I don’t shy away from composite. In fact, other than most of my big bores, I prefer composite stocked rifles. Just a few that I have pictures of on my phone. My favorite is the .300 Jarrett on the Kelbly action by Speedy Gonzalez. It is a true one hole rifle as is the .340 Weatherby on Ed Brown action. Also pictures (perhaps not full rifle) is Tipton Burns .404, Arnold Arms .300 Win and .416 Ruger from AHR. Light .375 on Law Action as well.

Other favorites not picture is a .257 STW from Tip and Mark Bansner .375 RUM, .404 Jeff and 375 H&H (well, .375 H&H was built by LAW, but Mark had his hand in with same components). Ooops. Factory .300 Weatherby Fibermark made it in there.

Here's my McMillian Game Warden stock in McWalnut on a Hart rifle Barrel rebarreled Weatherby Mark V action in 7mm Rem Mag. It's my "Sendero" or Beanfield rifle. Pictures don't do it justice. My South African PH called it "blaffende meisie" or barking girl in Afrikanns

Sharp. With a Hart barrel I'm sure it's a shooter! Hart (In Pennsylvania) accurized my 340 many years ago and with that work it now shoots good enough groups. Before it was a real chore to get it to shoot.

It's the other part of the Hart family. It was rebarreled by Hart barrels in update NY but is is crazy accurate as they bedded the stock too. Super nice people. They have another rifle of mine being rebareled now. Only problem is it takes a year or so to get them done.

All the Hart's know their stuff!

Hart Barrel, Rimrock Stock. 340 Weatherby.

i like your rifles.....but not your muzzle brakes.
The rifles come with the brakes as standard equipment from the factory. They screw off if you dont want to use them. I'm not a fan of brakes, but they really do help with barrel flip when your watching for impact and in both of those smaller calibers they help.
