Show me your uncheckered rifle stocks?

Big Beautiful Woman. Or, put the #13 after it, it is a really top notch solid for elephant

It's women who actually have a figure and something to hold onto when you give'm a hug.

Kevin, I like your thinking. I think the word you wanted was buxom - and that is absolutely what I have in mind. However your spelling of bucksome might be construed as a BBW who has a penchant for hunting... and that is all the better my friend.

As it applies to this thread, some probably think I have a 'checkered' outlook on life.

Tundra Tiger my friend, I follow your posts very closely. Our opinions align on most everything. But well done steaks? I can only go so far with this “diversity of opinion” thing.

Doug, two things. 1) I concur - I rarely see anything you post I don't agree with, and often strongly. I sincerely hope we cross paths someday. 2) I noticed you focused on the well done steaks and sidestepped the BBW portion of what I stated. ;)

To the author of the post... there are some beautiful rifles with uncheckered stocks (to use a Jack Reacher line "That's for damn sure"). My own strong preference is certainly checkered, and that is particularly true with levers. I just meant to offer a counterpoint.

The BBW portion is one of the many things we strongly agree upon!

I'm learning something every day!

I'm more interested in the thin and lite flavour, but luckily there are flavour's for all tastes!

However, that well done steak keeps on disturbing me... :E Rofl:
I will ask for "bleu-chaud", which translates to "rare-warm", or rare, but with the raw part at least above room temperature.

This is maybe a bit extreme, but trending in the direction of BBW... That almost looks like checkering on the one on the right.

I'll be the voice of dissent: lever actions forever, it's snowmachine not snowmobile, steaks well done, BBWs are where it's at, please... no Trump in 2024, and I like my gun stocks with checkering.

But yeah, that does look sharp Ryan.
I'm with you that we can do better than Trump in 2024, but you lost me at ruining the steaks. :-)

Well, in my defense, I DID say "voice of dissent"...

It doesn't have to be well done, but it sure shouldn't be bleeding. That's why God gave us fire.

The fire is so we don’t eat raw potatoes with our steak. My dad used to look at my steak and say “Damn. A bandaid would save that cow”

Hunting, photographic safaris and unforgettable African experiences

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
