We had a great time at SCI again this year. All the vendors we talked to had very positive things to say about the turn out and quality of the people that attended. I am certainly not bashing DSC, but I know it was tough there this year and a couple Outfitters told us they talked to more people by 9:30 the first day than the entire show in Atlanta. These shows are a big expense for them so they deserve it.
Was great to talk to a couple new African outfitters that we will be hunting with this year, meet a bunch of old friends and look at new places for 2026. Nice to see Don Jr could make it and there certainly was a lot of happy people with what direction they feel this current political climate will do to support conservation and the hunting industry.
Was also fortunate to have my Daughter and Son in law get to join us. They are both Military and are stationed in Tennessee and he deploys for a year in just a couple months. He will be dreaming of that summer 2026 Africa hunt everyday while he is away

Thanks for sharing these great photos. The Wile E. Coyote mount is absolutely epic, LOL. My vote for most amusing taxidermy exhibit of the show!

Great pics! Glad y’all had fun!

I totally missed the Wiley Coyote! My brain was on overload. There was so much to see and we walked the whole thing two-three times in one day.

We walked it twice, but that took us 4 days. If you walked the whole thig three times in one day, damn I can understand how you missed things. We averaged 7-9 miles a day according to my wifes watch. You must be in shape for that sheep hunt!

I am righthanded, so not interested in the rifle, but I have a 375 RUM and 350 gr bullet loading data is very hard to come by. If you could reply with information regarding your loads I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Ray Boone, Leavenworth, WA

Hello - I was looking at your post from several years ago regarding the Winchester 300 H&H. Any chance you still have the lefty M70 300 H&H for sale?
Thank you, Mike

An excellent AH member right here! I had a fantastic transaction with Hornedfrogbbq (I was the seller). His communication was first rate, payment was extremely fast, and I would have absolutely no reservations at all dealing with him again. Thank you, F!
