This is very nice Sako with a new Wilson stainless barrel in 6.5-284. The gun has shot 1" 4-shot groups at 200 for me without much load development at all. It has less than 50 rounds on the new barrel. It's a great hunting rifle.

Action: Sako L61R
Stock: unsure but maybe Bell & Carlson bedded.
Barrel: Wilson sporter contour .685" at muzzle 26"
Trigger is a Timney and breaks really crisp, as they always do.
Scope-I will keep the scope.
Bases and rings: new Sakos 30mm (these are really expensive!!! Yikes.).

Price: $1300 shipped to your FFL.

Thank you. You’re the second person who has said that it’s a McMillan stock.

Any offers?
Tempted, one of my favorite calibers and looks like a nice rifle!
Can you get proper eye relief with the Leupold? that's probably the same scope I'd put on it, but with those rings it doesn't seem to have much room for adjustment.

It fits me fine and my son also has had no problems with it.
I think the eye relief on our modern scopes makes it really generous.

Jerome, do you think my last post in rough camping must maybe shift as an article?

Good afternoon,

I'm trying to get in contact with Mr Butch Searcy. I have the opportunity to buy one of his rifles chambered in 577 nitro Express however the seller does not have any of the paperwork with the information about what ammunition or bullet weight was used to regulate it. I know he is not making firearms anymore but I wanted to reach out after seeing one of your post about him.

Hi - the only (best) method of sending you the .375/06IMP data is with photographing my book notes. My camera died so the only way I can do it is with my phone. To do that, I would need your e-mail address, as this
new Android phone is too complicated to upload to my desk computer, which would be easier and to down-grade, reduce the file sizes.
Best wishes
Daryl
