nah but he seriously gets stuck in when he is here. he did most of the butchering which he is good at. i had to go off when he was using the band saw to cut shins and neck as i reckoned there would be a couple of fingers missing but these werent needed 
.... mind you it is a bit disconcerting walking into the kitchen to find an aussie covered in blood with a knife in his hand!

Here we are, the last day of the show in Denver, it's been a good show but expecting a quiet day today. I will be back for-sure to do this show next year and maybe also do the one in Sacramento California.
On Monday I will be hitting the road driving from Denver and eventually make it down to Atlanta for the flight home.
