Sabatti night front sight

Hey Guys do you know where i can get a sabatti double night front sight with large bead?
Factory sight is real hard to see for 70 yr.old

I didn't like that gold bead on mine so I just roughed up the front face with some 320 grit sandpaper and used some white appliance paint in a small bottle from home depot.
