Breaking up a multi gun listing into individual listings

S&W 500 brand new unfired Includes Kodiak chest holster also new. I ended up buying a snub nose one so I don’t need this. $1600.00 OBO

I have shot the 4" and thiunk the longer barrel makes more sense. The 4" version seemed to have more flash & noise but less power that I thought it would have.
They have the same power.. The longer barrel might retain a little higher velocity. It also depends on the grain of ammo you were shooting. If you shoot that 705gr ammo from Underwood, it'll have more recoil than 250gr plinking ammo..

I bought a LNIB Magna Ported (Factory?) 9" barreled Ruger Super Redhawk .454 Casull a couple of years ago. I like shooting it, but I can't imagine shooting one or a .500 with a 2.5" barrel? Guess I'm just a sissy? LOL Your Smith .500 with the holster seems like a very fair deal. Just curious as to the value of the holster? Thanks.

It’s the $300 + shipping Kodiak chest holster from Galco. Very well made, and thank you… it is a great package deal. I’m hoping that no bites on the good deals on guns I have up (only to this community) is just a wait and see thing until the election???

LES7,
This seems like a very good deal for a big bore handgun. Based upon shooting a friend's 500, they are very well made and capable pistols. If I didn't own a Super Redhawk in 454, I would be interested in your gun.

I'll take this set. I've wanted one of these for nearly 18 years. Picked up a 460 this spring and now I guess I have to complete the collection!

@85lc - interesting comment, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a post about the S&W .500 and the words “Less Power”…..”Less” then what, a Bazooka? I have shot the .500 and also their .460XVR —- POWER is an understatement.

I have been using a "Personal Property" rider on my State Farm homeowner's policy to cover guns when I travel with them.
I have several firearms, but only one is worth over $20K (A Heym double rifle).
Very interested.
Would firearms be covered for damage, as well as, complete loss?
I'll can let the State Farm rider cover my watches...

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.
