Ses,
i'm really praying that the 250gn T.Shoks shoot well enough in my 9.3 rifle.
I went and bought 500 in one lot, and am stuck with them now.
My rifle is a 1:12 twist barrel of good quality, i'm hoping thats not too slow for that projectile weight/style.
My problem is that my magazine length will limit me to crimping those T.Shoks over the final band meaning they protrude quite a bit into the case and reducing capacity a bit.
Hence me buying the 250gn's over the 270gn's.
I have used the T.Shoks extensively in .375 and am hoping they work as well in 9.3mm.
I'm not an accuracy freak, these will be hunting loads and if I can get 1.5 - 2" groups reliably at 100yds that is all well enough for my purposes.
Are you getting at least 2" groups with the T.Shoks in your x62mm ?
Do you crimp the T.Shoks ?
Do you know what your barrel twist is ?
Thank-you,
Paul.
Paul I think you'll be alright, but let us know how it works out. I know I did the same thing years ago with my 45/70 I bought 1000 bullets in one lot for a heck of a price. They were lasercast silver bullets the original silver bullet. I got lucky as hell and they shot great. Hope the same for you.
