Ruger African 9.3x62 accuracy reports?

Lipskys and Hollowell, make runs of 250 and never to be repeated, This is for customer protection and collectability....
Ive had three 9.3x62 Africans over the last few years and they all shot around an inch, some less and some better..
Anytime you buy a new rifle all you are guaranteed is 3 inch accuracy with most companies, it would be impossible to guarantee otherwise, and those that do can only replace the gun, and man can they come up with excuses not to do so..

Never owned a Ruger, but just got a 9.3x62 barrel for my Merkel RX Helix and looking forward to getting it dialed in. Hope it’s a tack driver like the 300 win mag barrel is, sub one inch at a 100.

Picked up an unfired Lipsey's and put 50 rounds through it, both factory and handloads.

Weird, I've never had a cartridge before that would group inch or better, factory or handload at 4 different MVs (nominal) using the 250 gr. NAB - 2350, 2450, 2550 (factory), & 2650. Handloads used RL15.

Happy Camper.

As long as you don’t try to hot rod it I have found it to be extremely accurate. Not fussy about bullets either.

I have one that is a regular Ruger offering, made before the Lipseys with the 23 inch barrel and it is a very nice shooter. Everything that I have loaded and shot through it has been able to group at MOA. A really terrific rifle.

I have found accubonds are the most accurate bullet in my CZ550.

Morning Rob, Any feeling for how the 300 H&H shoots? How's the barrel condition?

Hello. I see you hunted with Sampie recently. If you don't mind me asking, where did you hunt with him? Zim or SA? And was it with a bow? What did you hunt?

I am possibly going to book with him soon.
