Nicely done! What load did you use and what distance did you take the shot?

45 grains of 5744 with a 200 grain flat point made for the .375 Winchester. 130 yards.

I've shot a lot of plains game to feed the help and guests with 300 grl 375 and other like calibers, those bullets are meant for big animals so don't expand violently on plains game and ruin a lot of meat if you shoot to the rib cage,

As far as I know the stock is original.......other than the recoil "pad". The restoration work was done by Lon Paul. The rifle was part of an estate sale and the gentleman that owned this rifle had a bunch of nice ones with several having restoration work done by Paul.
