Hoping MRC gets going and builds some.Lots of options as mentioned. My favourite is my pre-war Type A, firing 285 Stewarts or 286 Woodleigh at a modest 2250

I have the exact same rifle, bought it from a guy in TN, Greene Sporting Goods (all he imports are LH Zastavas, at least as far as I know), a number of years ago. Yes, they do need a little help from a gunsmith, but it's a shooter for certain. There are several good choices out there depending on how much you wish to spend. Ruger M77 MKII African, Zastava 70 (if you can find one), Mauser M12, and the Blaser R8 on the upper end. I'm missing others but they are out there. I shoot a Zastava left hand Mauser action. Was rough at first but after cleaning it up has become one of my favorite rifles. Excellent choice in caliber.
