Recoil Lug Attachment CZ

Does anyone know what type of fastener this might be on a CZ Custom . It is a secondary recoil lug that I thought was held on by the Allen bolt I removed and was slid over the pin or stud in the barrel. It won’t budge. Wanting to install action in Bell & Carlson stock that is not compatible with secondary lug.

With those two little dimples, it looks like it has been staked onto the pin.

I would just inlet the stock for the recoil lug but I’m not sure if it would get into the aluminum skeleton

I don't know that you need a secondary lug in a Bell and Carlson stock.
