I’ve been waiting for my Blaser R8 for a year here in Canada as of Feb 20. Blaser’s barrels have been getting turned back at the border by CBSA unless they are assembled into full rifles. That, combined with Blaser’s infrequent production of non-standard barrels has meant a long wait for my threaded 375 H&H, 6.5 PRC and 223 barrels.
I saw my dealer had a 25.6” barrel 375 with iron sights and a 300 win mag 25.6” threaded in stock so I changed my order and took them! Not exactly what I was initially planning, but a great two cartridge combo to hunt the world. Now debating whether to buy a 22 LR kit as well as the 223 I’m waiting for…
