Quick, Easy & Hassle-free Firearm Importation Permit

Dear Sir, I just need your paperwork 30 days prior to arrival, you can send me an email to henry@riflepermits.com, then I can send you all the info. Henry

Didn't use any service during my first trip to So. Africa and my hunting partner had to provide a little "gift" to one of the officers on departure due to a serial number that was slightly off on the books. Used Rifle Permits service during my June 2022 hunt and the service was flawless. Will use them again for my hunt in 2024. Best $150.00 I've spent.

Just came back from a trip to the Northern Cape. Harry and his wife greeted us at Johannesburg, and we sailed through. We missed our flight to Kimberly and Harry got us on another one without any problems. Thank you, Harry, for making everything smooth.

I'm getting ready to send them more work. Good company with good people.

It is a joy to be greeted by Marius and Anna on arrival at JNB! Although I've done it numerous times I am amazed how quickly things can go in the police office with a pre-approved permit. I've had as many as 15 hunters with rifles and we are in and out in no time.

Personally I will stay hunting in Namibia. If the system is so corrupt that you have to use a “ facilitator” I will take my money elsewhere. Nothing personal against Rifle Permits, just saying.
For those of you who haven’t hunted in Namibia bringing a rifle,or rifles into the country is a doddle.
After hunting here in the Eastern Cape for a week with Game 4 Africa Safaris I wish to retract that post ! Lufthansa and clearing my rifle into SA made it a stupid cost. So I hired one for my hunt.
The rifles here are Sako 85’s with Swarovski or Schmidt&Bender scopes. No worries about the quality.

I probably would not take a rifle again to Africa for plains game hunting. Have done it a few times. But next year is different. I have a 416 Rigby, and I have always wanted to hunt buff with it. Failing that, I would at least like to see it again. Have heard good things about riflepermits....will be giving you a call when plans are firmed up...................FWB
They do a tremendous job
Used them my last two trips to RSA.
Soooooo nice to be in and out of SAPS office in a matter of minutes and off to the hotel after that long ass flight. Well worth the money

Just used rifle permits a couple weeks ago. Everything was as advertised and went smoothly. They also helped us the next morning getting through tambo on our way to
Namibia. Money well spent for people familiar with the airport.

Such a great service. I’ve used Riflepermits.com for everyone one of my Safaris. Henry and staff are great! Used them for several group hunts and a couple times myself, it just makes things easy! They always answer email promptly and are very friendly! Payment method is easy too!

One less thing to worry about…

Gday
I’m usually a bit of a tight ar$e on some things & overall pretty well done a lot of the paperwork & logistics myself as that’s another critter or part of one anyway lol but also aware sometimes you need to look @ the big picture & where you need to get to on the time frame that is ahead of you

Got a bit of a heads up from a mate about these guys
So I’d bit the bullet & paid the coin as we were on a tight enough schedule & that was drawn out by having to spend a night in Sydney ( aussie) before our departure to joberg then onto Mozambique which after spending numerous hours on planes & airports the last thing I wanted was to be held up like normal even organising the pre approvals myself always get put to back of the line

Well we done the meet & greet ( think that’s the vip ) along with the pre approval & this was the smoothest transfer through customs we could’ve hopped for as no line up for passport check as went the side route to the lines ahead of us & simple on our way after the mandatory clearance

Firearms then checked all cool & off we were after our handshakes/ hugs & if that was 30 minutes I’d most likely be lying ( I’ve had 2&1/2 to 3hrs not being uncommon)

So in conclusion I can’t thank rifle permits enough for making a couple tired travelers after 38hrs of travel & very little sleep so happy & I’ll not be a tight ar$e on this anymore & repeat customers they will have & highly recommended them for anyone wanting a more streamlined process

Cheers

Last year on our trip to Botswana we had an issue with a flight getting cancelled and having to take a different airline. We had already received our rifle via the permit process, but the issue was with having pre approval for the rifle with the airline. I was not sure what to do, but I remembered hearing about Henry on this site and all the great help that he had offered other people in the past. So I gave him a call and asked a few questions, he spent some time with me on the phone and gave some great advice, thus making a tenuous situation much more palatable with his advice.

He did not have to do this and did not charge us anything for the help, this shows what type of person he is. Especially, when it seems at times that everyone has there hand out. I have made it through the rifle permitting process on my own two times, but the next time I go I will be using Henry. He was absolutely awesome and greatly appreciated. Thank you Henry.
