My dad's Shopsmith. I use it for everything from gunsmithing to taxidermy. With sanding disk attachment it is indispensable for trimming skull caps, especially big moose racks. I straddle the machine to shape the cap for mounting. The sanding disk also makes fast work shaping backing plates for mounting the caps to plaques. You can't believe some clients' hack jobs cutting off antlers! I also use the Shopsmith as a horizontal drill press for tapping iron sights, fabricating a fore end tip, and drilling out crossbolts.

My Spot Brand Acme for commuting to work. I love the polished frame & the carbon fiber belt drive. The Brooks B17 saddle & ThickSlick tires I put on it are top notch too.

My rechargable Streamlight Flashlight.

My ScanPan non-stick cookware from Denmark plus my Le Creuset & Staub enameled cast iron from France.

The Breville Barista Express I begin every day with.

My four Osprey Backpacks from the USA, my Billingham camera bags from England and the Nanuk hard cases from Canada that hold both my rifles & my Japanese 4x5 ToyoView camera with lenses.

The Roon media software I installed on an Ubuntu server. It goes really well with my tube amps & its the smallest thing on the rack (right middle).

Chaco Sandals are my everyday footwear. I have my old resoled beat-up pair & my "dress" pair. Redwing Heritage moc boots if I want to be really fancy. Buff Headwear & the XL Papyrus Sun Hat from Outdoor Research that both fit my bulbous head. The merino Smartwool & Darn Tough socks my daughter gives me for Christmas.

The more I sit here, the more this list just keeps growing...

That coffee cup looks like it skipped a vaccination. :D Very pretty. Who made it?

Man, I wish we could hear the warm hum of those amps. And the rich sound they produce.
In cold weather, they make really good space heaters for a small room too! :D

It's a pair of deHavilland KE-50A monoblocks with some KT-88 tubes. They're a modern & improved interpretation of a classic 1952 Fisher 50A. If you're a jazz fan like me, they're fun to listen to all day. My solid state amp option that I can toggle to is the First Watt SIT-3 in the lower right.

I've been considering getting into the tube amplifier game but have been able to resist thus far. You guys aren't helping...

Hello there. I’ve been wanting to introduce myself personally & chat with you about hunting Nilgai. Give me a call sometime…

+1 Great to deal with. I purchased custom rifle. No issues.

I saw you were looking for some Swift A-Frames for your 9.3. I just bought a bulk supply of them in the 285g. version. If Toby's are gone, I could let 100 go for $200 shipped you are interested.
Thanks,
Gary

Booked with Harold Grinde - Gana River - they sure kill some good ones - who'd you get set up with?
