I've not actually completed a purchase from Southern Defense, but have followed them and made an inquiry about local pick-up that was handled in the manner I would expect from a legitimate operation. To that extent, they seem reasonably legitimate to me.

For those in the DFW area, Scheels in The Clooney appears to have gotten quite a bit of powder in… both H4350 and IMR4350… IMR4064, Varget, and several others were available a few days ago when I was there…

Lots of small rifle, small pistol, large pistol, and shotgun primers available… but no large rifle primers…

And they had a reasonable stock of Barnes bullets available for the first time in a long time… .243, 6.5mm, 7mm, 308, 338 all present…
