Considering your diverse travels to date, I would suggest that a coastal forest hunt will present an environment, and species list, completely novel to your current hunting experiences. Actually wasn’t even thinking of elephant when I mentioned hunting behind San trackers in Botswana. Elephant for them would be like tracking a 10000 lb neon sign wearing a GPS collar. Those so inclined learn tracking skills early. Many starting about 2 yo on small “game” like tortoises.Thanks for the recommendation! But it's just not in the cards for me to hunt ele in Bots.
