Federal Magistrate Judge ordered him released. A District Judge could reverse that if they want to. I did not see if PR or cash bond. Not to fear, he will violate bond conditions and be back in custody soon enough. I am sure mom and dad will have to spend their life savings trying to keep their she-male son of Club Fed.
