And God forbid the younger generation who is going to have to deal with these people and gov't say anything about it.
Well said, and notice how he can’t even finish a sentence without being interrupted by another false equivalence.

The people of that audience will never even consider the fact that their country has changed for the negative; let alone entertain the idea that they are the ones who have allowed it to happen.

Mrs. Safari Dave is a last year "Boomer"

I am a 1st year "Gen X'er."

Yeah, she had to "rob the cradle," to get a "prime specimen" like me, but we been able to keep it together for nearly 34 years, so I don't expect a separation at this point...

It seems like the "Millennials" are a "lost cause" based on MANY conversations with them. (I'm sure they are some patriots, but I haven't met many)

My children's generation, (Gen Z), seem to me, surprisingly, conservative.

Even my somewhat "liberal" 24 year old daughter carries a pistol, when she has to go into "sketchy" places...

And, she knows how to use it!

"Hot Damn," I feel like the most blessed man alive.

My son is an excellent hunter/fisherman/advocate...

My daughter-In-law, has taken a deer, and is a great shot with a pistol!

Pope Francis has passed at 88.

Thoughts and prayers for him. I had a feeling a couple weeks ago it was not going to be long. He managed to just finish giving the Easter blessing before passing.

Going to be interesting to see who they pick. Catholicism is on a big upswing lately.

My wife visited the Vatican in October. And the Pope gave a full Mass himself. She was approximately 100 yards from his chair. Then after the Mass rode very close in his Mercedes G wagon. She says there were thousands of people there.

Pics she took in Oct.
Here he is getting into the G wagon after Mass

Not long before his death, the Pope granted Vance an audience. I hope the sight of Vance wasn't too much for the frail Pope. I wouldn't be surprised.
What a classless thing to say.

it’s ok little buddy, you still have another 3 years and 8 months MINIMUM of Vance having more power over your life and finances than your own president.

I’ve got no love for the current u.s. administration but there’s a time and place for everything and that certainly wasn’t it.

Another CA ridiculousness. I tried to buy these pants, was told they were prohibited from shipping that to me. I guess the wax they use is illegal in CA.

Highly educated, enlightened Fools. They are so inbred and arrogant they don’t realize that they are being outbred and replaced by a more aggressive strain of human.

Their kind will no longer exist in 50 years.
Completely subjective observations on my part.... @Just Gina and I got back to the USA yesterday. We'd been in Ireland the past few days after spending a couple weeks in London.

Random and probably racist observations; standing out in front of the Horsegards Hotel in London. A couple of times some cops strolled by and seemed especially interested in watching us. Granted we are typically not shy about discussing such controversial issues as hunting, guns and the really radical points of high quality sharp knives! So i did whisper to Gina to be careful what she said around the thought police. And I have probably posted enough pictures of Von Gruff knives on Facebook so as to land myself on some British watch list.

Meanwhile a few thuggish looking Middle Eastern types and one in particular seemed to be too closely obserserving us and other tourists.... yet recieved no notice by the cops who actively moved on around the corner. I actually had to stare down this one guy on a bicycle who kept circling back to ride closer to us. He may have simply wanted to bumm a cigarette but it was irritating that the cops moved on when 5 or 6 of these homeless looking types showed up in that immediate area. The Hotel Doormen stayed around and kept watch. We actually made fast friends with 3 of them and even asked the one guy if he was a secret agent by night;) turns out he gives dance lessons for extra cash.

The protesters seem to control traffic in central London. With florescent green wrapped cops protecting them.

I was impressed by the Londoners who stood by resolutely with their backs turned to the protestors as a sort of giving them the middle finger;)

They marched past making a terrible racket and using a loud speaker to interrupt our apparent non existent rights to peaceful enjoyment of life.

In fact several evenings after the dinner hour as we were trying to relax. The same woman's voice was on the loud speaker chanting was dominating the background noise.

Seems to be a lot of private security present in London. I was chatting with one guy from the Transylvania area in Romania. He talked about the explosion of the brown bear population in Romania. Especially that region. I made a comment that I was glad Gina got the Italian sales lady to wait on her rather than the "fairy" nice oriental guy. The Romanian grinned ear to ear, looked around to be sure we wer not being overheard and shook my hand and told me I would be a legend for saying something like that! I was a bit shocked by that. Apparently that type of free speech is off limits...

Other than the guy on the bicycle being an irritation, we still felt quite safe in London. Albeit a bit naked without at least a pocket pistol.....

Death by a thousand cuts. We left CA in 2019. Was hopeful the insanity would abate. I see it hasn’t.

The wax must be a petroleum product.

Lexington and Concord. 250 Years ago today a nation is conceived, ultimately leading to a political forum on AH. We probably wouldn't be discussing and arguing today if not for these events. ;)

Have you said "thank you" to the French people for helping the New Americans in their war with the Crown?.

I think we did. Well beyond in fact when we liberated France from the Germans. Twice.

The man we would thank was Louis XVI and the French people killed him.

Gen Z may be smarter than I usually give them credit for. ;)
