What are they supposed to do? Sit around on their hands playing nicely nice with nothing to show for it for 2 years, possibly lose a few seats and then lose ANY ability to affect change? I know it's easy to sit back and play armchair quarterback throwing out a random belittling statement here and there, but there are people in DC right now actually getting things done. Democrats, who have gone above and beyond to destabilize any sense of normality in this country so that they can eventually rule over the ashes, quite literally recently in HI and CA, need to sit back and take what they brought on themselves if they have any sense. But of course they don't which is what brought us here and has driven even the minority vote even further away from themselves.

We have three branches of Government, and the framers designed a system to make Congress the predominant branch. The concept of equal branches was not part of their design. Over the last 50ish years, Congress has ceded much of their authority to the Executive Branch, I think it is a terrible idea of them to do that, but they inarguably have.

Sure because anyone who disagrees with you is a "Trumper".....

Nobody said we were staying the same course of the last for years, but it's blatantly apparent you would prefer to continue that same course rather than bare the current course correction.

As for congress, Trump has a higher approval rating than congress.... And I'm yet to see opposing congressmen do anything but play the victim/antifa card as they have for well over 4 years now. Which I'm sure will serve them well in the midterms.

Get this I retired from postal service 15 years ago. I just elected to keep my blue cross. It was good enough when working and it's good enough now. We'll simple Biden redid the postal health care. They sent me a letter that I could get part b penalty free. I threw it in the trash. We'll some older retirees jump into part b and now Medicare is there primary provider. So Medicare basically pays 80 % and the other insurers pick up the rest. Those insurers blue cross mail handlers and the clerk and carriers insurance still charge them the same premium as they charge me but are only responsible for what Medicare doesn't pay. Great deal for them a screw job for the retiree. The just got suckered into part b.

Just me spitting balling here, but why right the ship only to crash it into the island.
Unfortunately Donny’s words will probably keep a socialist government to the north, as our Conservatives are closest to Republicans in political beliefs. Most people don’t think rationally or try to understand the issues, unfortunately most vote with emotion and based on what MSM tells them. The Conservatives are saying all the right things, but the media in Canada is owned by the Liberals. They say Trump is bad and Conservatives are cut from the same cloth. This has closed the lead the Conservatives had over the Liberals and most likely will result in, at best minority Conservative government or at worst the Liberals will form the next government for 5 years.
I hope that I am not correct in my assessment and the Conservatives get a much needed majority government, our country depends on it.

Well yes it had overwhelming bipartisan support. But he didn't have to sigh it. It quite obvious that insurance companies and drug companies have most politicians in their pocket. The unions ignored anyone who complained because they sold insurance. We'll I'm just glad I didn't fall for their scam. I actually feel the old health care system is about to blow up in their face. I know a lot of young people who don't even get it if offered he'll you could make a nice payment on a boat for what that stuff costs.

Personally I wouldn’t ever do another interview if I were in a senior cabinet members position.. I’d go straight to X or whatever platform is best suited for the message.. and just tell the American people myself…

Now tell me what the international stage wants. Trump tells them something and they laugh only for him to be proven right. Vance tells them to get their homes in order and they get offended after they spent decades trying to trying to burn down their own homes despite numerous warnings AND relying on US dollars to keep them safe. No wonder the AFD is perched to take over Germany yet the best some can say is "well maybe we have gone a little too far left". Gee! Ya think???

For all we know, they're actually perfectly fine with whatever outcome in Ukraine. I don't think any of them give a damn about what we're doing domestically.

As far as what people here think of what is going on domestically, we'll see. Most of the outcomes that are upsetting people were inevitable and easily predicted. Mainly it's just that some people have lost their jobs and hopefully they gain some sense and realize that it isn't just about them. Reality hits hard.

Agree. Long form Q and A like Herridge's interview with Rubio today are a much better way to communicate than 3 minute sound bites on MSM.

That is somewhat wrong with respect to Korea, the UK alone suffered 5K casualties, but yes the US bore much of the brunt of the war. But that is irrelevant to the point I am trying to make. As a permanent member of the Security Council, we have veto over any UN action which would negatively affect our national interests or those of one of our allies (Israel is the most vulnerable). It would be foolish to give up that controlling position.

With respect to Russia or China ,if they are overruled by a veto from the US , it seems its more symbolic than binding, as they generally do what they can get away with, say the straits of Tawain , or yellow sea , what ever they are calling it . If I remember correctly ,it has already had a UN ruling declaring it an open , navigational ,international water way, does China care, not in the least. But I get what your saying as far as an international court would be concerned.
