This is not new. The last time I edited something there was at least 15 years ago. It has been lefty agenda-driven for a couple decades as far as I can tell.
Every Confederate entry - several are my ancestors - received a thorough George Floyd update. I won't give them a nickel.

On the George Floyd thing, it's really insane. Floyd died in the hospital, an hour or so after he was carted there by the meat wagon. That's in line with his blood draw because his fentanyl and norfentanyl levels were those of someone who's still alive. The levels spike post-mortem. They used Floyd's ante-mortem levels as evidence in trial that he didn't die of narcotic-induced respiratory arrest.
The law enforcement agency I worked for has been thoroughly trashed by Wikipedia, with far more references to negativity, controversial use of force (no context of course or references to the great things achieved) with the help of a far left wing newspaper. Even though back during my years there, I edited and provided documentation to present facts that offered the full story, all promptly removed by Wikipedia. To say I hated them almost as much as that newspaper is an understatement.
At least it states an up tic in the populations but gives no reasoning for the population increases. Namibia, RSA, Botswana and Zimbabwe, ironically the legal sport hunting AND export to the US of elephant is allowed in these countries. I would venture to guess hunting and export ability would be the reason for the rise in population, with good management and anti-poaching efforts. Two notable countries are missing, Tanzania and Mozambique. I know nothing about Tanzania or if they are exportable to the US but the people I know and talk to in Mozambique say their population seem to be increasing ( anecdotal information though ) even though they allow hunting but the USFWS will not allow import into the US.
That's why I donated to the fund of Dereck Chauvin or what is his name for his defense attorney. It is on give send go. The guy did not get a fair trial. Even on the other side of the pond I got that much.

Was cold and wet today...temp dropped from 33.5c to a cold 22c in mins when thunder and rain started.....but used it as an exciuse to drink dark rum liquor coffees to keep me warm.....along with other beverages containing some alcohol of course during the afternoon and evening....
