2024 seems so different than prior election confirmations. Senate confirmations used to be done in a day. Over the past few cycles the process seems to be to delay the confirmation as long as possible to handicap the Executive Branch.

It's interesting watching the groundswell on social media completely swamp Senators. My Senator Mullin, who has had a running feud with Gaetz for years and would like nothing more than stop his confirmation completely reversed his position over the past two days. Other Republican Senators seem to be walking back early statements. X and other platforms have completely overridden the power of the mainstream media to dictate the news cycle.

At this point if Gaetz is confirmed, I don't see any other of the nominees having any serious issues.

Well, at least there is pushback from the people in Bucks co. PA over counting unsigned unaddressed ballots, in violation of law, as established by the PA Supreme Court. One person is filing criminal charges--how far does a John Q Public charge go? The lady being charged of the violations was booed after making public statement.
The question is, where is Meritless Garland, any of the DOJ, any media reporters on this case? Why aren't subpoenas being issued, investigations started, project 25 that the Democrats wanted in 2020 to handle election fraud, calls for resignations going on? The obvious answer, to me, is that there are two types of justice in this country, which result in prosecutions of conservatives, and a big nothing burger, a total lack of justice concerning liberals. This has GOT to change.

This is not a Federal law violation but disobeying a State Supreme Court order. So, nothing to do with DOJ (States' rights, remember?) or Garland. Because they disobeyed a court order the best that the court can do is hold them in contempt. Any further remedies would be up to the PA DA and Governor and of course, they are not doing anything other than paying lip service.

This is after he was arrested in New York and flown to Georgia on the tax payers and released. I think he killed her with a rock. They should bury him up to his neck and stone his ass. The federal government ( Biden, Harris and Myorkis ) have to be accountable for bringing much of this on the American people. They will get out of office in January and go about their lives without a care in the world.

This example is the same trick they used in 2020. The difference this time is the election was called for Trump immediately. So all eyes were then trained on the few counties still counting votes. They were in the bright sunlight this time.

The remedy for this is when the election is certified in Congress they are sent back and not counted unless the “error” is corrected. And this is exactly what VP Pence was asked to do in 2020. He absolutely did have the constitutional authority to not certify any votes that were illegal. That is the whole intent of that process.

Let’s reverse engineer this.
