Love your enthusiasm Kevin, but I don't know about this. If you're right in the end, please make a trip to Nashville for SCI and the first round or two is on me.
I am praying that you end up buying a lot of first rounds at sci;)

Kevin, wait until the debate.

she will have nothing but memorized, canned greasy politician responses to the questions that ABC will provide her in advance.

She’ll probably use the tired busing story on Trump she used on Biden.
she called her current boss segregationist.

Harris was so far down on the pecking order. Trump never focused on her back in the 2020 election, but Tulsi sure did. Tulsi knocked her out of the race.

And guess who is Trumps practice debate opponent

Here are just several of the blows landed. The Harris campaign will surely know that this removes all of her ability to brag on her prosecutorial past. She doesn’t dare bring it up now.

I just wish I had some hope that Trump could deliver as remotely an articulate rebuttal as Gabbard did. I posted highlights from the Harris debate with Pence, who sounds like William Jennings Bryan compared to Trump, and she was prepared and reasonably articulate. She will have her answers well rehearsed and the format will facilitate those type responses. I fear that there is as great a chance that the contrast between her and Trump could be almost as bad as the contrast between Trump and Biden.

I hasten to add it will not be because Trump is staring into space, but because she will have a low bar and will seem to sail far over it - particularly in contrast to Biden. Conversely, Trump will seem to wander through exaggerations, boasts, and hyperbole much as he did with Biden. Biden's fiasco simply hid all that. In other words, Trump did not have to win that debate because Biden lost it so catastrophically. If Trump isn't really well prepared, she will have facts and statistics to puncture many of his broad claims. All she has to do is nail him on a couple and that will be the total news cycle. He, on the other hand, will have to Tulsi Gabbard her.

Finally, all the reporting indicates that Trump has been fairly undisciplined in his debate prep in the past. I do not believe he can afford that approach this time around.

The more I listen to RFK Jr, I'm convinced he's not the whacko many thought him to be. His views on the environment in the below Twitter video for example. (Sorry but it's a Tucker interview.)

If he and Tulsi Gabbard are more fearful of Kamala Harris gaining the White House than Trump, I'm starting to pay attention.

Unfortunately, there is no viable third party choice.

(As an FYI, this was reposted on X by Bill Ackman.)

There are many “career politicians” with vastly more intelligence and knowledge laid to waste and sidelined from previous debates Trump was scheduled to lose. Dozens of them.

If someone asked Harris the tough, correct questions. There is no way she can handle the scrutiny. She has never been asked really tough questions by the media.

Trump has answered more questions today than she has in two months.

Where I agree with you is; The media will have already prepped her. So will then of course help her when she is on the ropes. As Candy Crowley did.

They will then of course declare her the winner regardless. I’m surprised they haven’t declared her the winner already.

But anyone with curiosity and a questioning mind will see she has no core beliefs or knowledge of how business, the market or the economy works.

I completely disagree. I have faith that Trump will not just throw Ukraine to the Russian wolf (or bear, whatever). And the evidence supports this. It was Obama who let Russia take the Crimea. And Biden who said a "minor incursion" was ok. Harris is cut from that same cloth, probably the ragged edge. Those Democrats created the situation for these wars. They offered up Ukraine to Putin. They funded Iran to wage war on Israel and us. They left weapons behind, especially night vision and other high tech sniper equipment, for the Taliban to use against us and our Allies and to distribute to others including current combatants fighting against Israel.

We did not have these wars under Trump and he did in fact do a great job of negotiating peace deals. I think you are choosing to ignore those facts.

Not just the Abraham Accords, but he got North Korea to stop firing missiles. Yes he also would have pulled us out of Afghanistan, but I don't know of anyone who thinks it would have been the debacle it became under Biden and Harris (remember, she said she was the last person in the room). He rebuilt our militaries ammunition supplies after Obama ran it dangerously low. He approached the World Stage from a position of strength and kept the World safe. The Harris crowd has the World on fire.
Exactly. I don’t know why so many people are all of a sudden suffering from short term memory loss and acting as if Trump didn’t already serve a term and we have nothing to judge him off of. Did I support or agree with everything he did? No but he is obviously the far superior choice for domestic and foreign affairs. It’s not even close. It’s safe to assume his second term will be similar to his first.

Well said.

Trump certainly has his warts (and his mouth) but his policies such as you mention were surprisingly good.

I think that is largely true, and I would guess they make up 25% of the electorate - maybe?

Reach out to the guys at Epic Outdoors.

They will steer you right for landowner tags and outfitters that have them.

I have held a membership with them for years and they are an invaluable resource.

Way better that asking random people on the internet...WAY better

Skydiver386,

Did you ever find your 30-06 CZ550? I own a fairly solid conditioned one, if you wanted to talk.
