Peter is always one step ahead. Wait, actually three steps ahead! I can only imagine the conversations she has with her staff every day about him and how to prepare. That said, the administration’s strategy to keep her, not Biden, out front works better than Trump at the podium every day saying stupid things. Trump talked too much while Biden can’t even talk.

I would LOVE to hear him follow up some time with something like this (for this particular question) "Jen, it's a simple yes or no question. Yes, the President owns one. No, he doesn't own one. Which is it?"

I see no reason why the Bidet needs such a secure vehicle- particularly since it never leaves the city limits. The vice president is the only one that has any motive for seeing the demise of the president, so keep her away from him and he would serve the country well to be driven around in a SmartCar- or possibly a 1972 Ford Pinto.

I owned a 1973 Bobcat (Mercury version) ...... not sure I would wish that on even Biden.:oops:

Real talk. I know Joe Biden's """"haters"""" are characterized as Trump supporters but I feel like ragging on how senile and kooky he is is one of those things that at least >80% of Americans can agree on.

I personally see him as a symptom of a lot of greater institutional problems with corruption and stuff.

It is really sad that choices for 2024 seem to be between self-serving Trump (who is no Spring chicken either) and Biden (or Kamala I guess).

As a country we should be able to do better.

I voted for Trump in 2016. I voted for him again in 2020. I sincerely hope there's a different Republican candidate in 2024.
I'm with you there. Not that I don't appreciate the things Trump did especially with regard to the Federal judiciary and energy but I'm much rather have a president that is not in his or her 70s (or 80s).

I guess I can reluctantly admit to being an almost senior citizen as I get senior discounts on coffee at McDonalds. That and I become eligible for Medicare next month.

If we are going to rein in the bureaucracy, we need a younger, more energetic president like a Ted Cruz or Ron DeSantis.

@jpr9954 ... It's not his actual age that concerns me as much as his apparent social media age of 5 (or thereabouts). I truly believe if he could have filtered his social media postings even just a bit we'd be in his second term right now, and not careening off a cliff Thelma and Louise style with Joe and Kamala. Frankly, I think Trump shot himself in the foot by not practicing even a modicum of self restraint, IMHO.

There's shooting yourself in the foot and then there's trying to propel yourself into the air via a rocket launcher like you're in Quake.

And @Tanks I wouldn't even mind if politicians were so old if they weren't so gleefully out of touch. Obviously, I don't wanna paint all people my senior with a broad brush but I can't help but wonder if there's simply a generational divide between them and the issues the country is facing

Trump and Hillary are similar in the sense that people either love or hate them. There is no middle ground and it's tough to get elected and actually lead when 50% of the populous hate you and will go out of their way to cause problems. The country needs a better candidate and I have yet to see one that shows they can lead from the middle.

Trump operated the presidency like it was his company. A revolving door of employees etc. He can say anything he wants and doesn't have to answer to anybody. All that stuff at his company is not blabbed into every news or social media outlet.

That may well be a part of it - treating it like a business. Even then it doesn't excuse how he conducts himself in public, with regards to individuals he disagrees with. And I'm not saying back down - heavens no. Stand strong. Hold people accountable. But do so with integrity. Take the high road. Be the adult in the room. Don't be a pouting preschooler. Don't get me wrong - he did a lot of good stuff. Maybe that's a part of why it bothers me. He could STILL be doing good stuff... if he'd had a measure of self-restraint. Because he is who he is, I'm happy enough to believe there is someone else who can emerge for 2024.

Yeah, what he did after the election, especially in Georgia was, inexcusable. He single handedly gave Georgia Senate seats to Democrats with his actions.

He is still fighting the 2020 election results and pretty much making himself even more toxic. What's worse is his fight against the incumbents that did not support his post-election rhetoric in primaries. He could again cost us seats in Congress by ousting electable Republicans in primaries.

He does have a cult like core of followers, so most likely he will get the nomination in 2024 if he decides to run. That will mean another 4 years of a Democrat President as I doubt anyone outside of his core will vote for him. Most probably will stay home or vote Democrat.

What a great way to kick off our 2025 hunting season in South Africa.

This beautiful Impala ram was taken at just over 300 yards, took a few steps and toppled over.

We are looking forward to the next week and a half of hunting with our first client of the year.

Do you have any more copies of African Dangerous Game Cartridges, Author: Pierre van der Walt ? I'm looking for one. Thanks for any information, John [redacted]
