I sure hope we don't see the inflation and interest rates that I/we older people had to contend with in the late '70s and early '80s when I/we were in our mid twenties. 16-18% mortgage rates, 18% interest rates on vehicle loans, NO jobs. The current Fed has dropped the ball AGAIN, by not raising interest rates NOW! Once you get behind the curve, it's difficult for them to stop the bleeding. Like many others, I've lived through that and it's NOT a pretty economic picture! Most of the younger people have never lived through that scenario and believe me, you don't want to. Biden is on track to repeat the same mistakes of our peanut farmer President because he has NO IDEA how to change his incompetent 45 year professional politician course to change the outcome! I see the stock market correcting 20-30% SOON! Happy Holidays!

The problem with the Conservatives in Canada is they always pick a no-name for a leader. Anyone that shows leadership skills is snatched up by big business. They just don’t get the fact that it is a popularity contest, especially in the leadership role.

The Demonrats are basically Magicians. The say the solution to poverty is to give everyone money, which is partly true- but incomplete. Say the poverty level is $1000. If you have $1000 you are no longer poor. So the US decides to end poverty by sending every adult on Earth $1000. By Demonrat definition no one would be poor and they would have solved the problem.
But what (as Paul Harvey used to say) Is the Page Two?
Nothing has been done about the amount of goods and services, so other than having a $1000 bill in their pocket, the people are in no better shape than they were without the piece of paper, in fact they are in worse shape, because the increase in prices will make their $1000 bill virtually worthless.

But this does seem to be the Demonrats plan- give something to someone to make them feel as if the Ds are helping them, when in reality it is nothing more than buying an island for some cheap jewelry.
