I was in Claxton, GA hunting over the weekend, and I saw a sign that said that Claxton was the Fruit Cake Capital of the World.

How close is that to MTG?

Completely in opposite locations in GA. That is Evans County, where Claxton is located. I believe MTG is north of Atlanta.

I don’t know about an illegitimate . But she is definitely It’s a shame two people that should’ve been punished skate.

Same call as when they tossed a case against Trump. Law has to work both ways right?

The Justice Department is so badly run right now they can't shoot fish in a barrel. They make Marcia Clark look like Clarence Darrow.

The limitation might not protect him under these facts, but if they want to get him they need to do it properly and fast.

Even done correctly their chance of winning that case is maybe 15%. I would guess about the same for James or maybe a tad less.

Not good investments of judicial resources.

I somewhat agree.. I had high hopes for her at first...

she didnt come across as the brightest crayon in the box.. but at least she was willing to have her own opinion and state what she believed instead of just regurgitating the tripe that most politicians do...

the problem came about when I started to realize what some of her opinions were lol.. shes gone straight up loony bird with some of the stuff shes doled out recently..

(1) If Andy McCarthy is correct, this will most likely be reversed on appeal. As she charged them as a Special Prosecutor and not as a re-appointed US Attorney.
(2) Again, if Andy McCarthy is correct, the government has a period of time to save the case even if beyond the Statute of Limitations.
(3) I have not practiced in Federal Court in over 16 years, so I am not an expert in Federal Criminal Procedure and have to rely on others for info.

Z isnt going to give up... in any situation remotely similar to what this plan required, Z would be dead inside of 90 days (likely a lot sooner than that)..

You two are messing things up--there are only 100 fruitcakes world wide....they just keep getting re-gifted over and over. When you guys actually eat one, that's two less in circulation. Nobody else would eat that stuff....
