I didn't blame the previous admin for anything, just responded to your learn to code jibe.....my response is still valid, if you were expecting a flip of a light switch type of change, you had false expectations. I'll re-evaluate things in about 8-12 months, once the new admin has had a chance to move things in their direction, but not after only 7 weeks.
I guess I need to remind you that stock markets are forward looking.

The government pays about 60% of crop insurance farmers 40. This year I may take some and pray it doesn't rain. Then I wouldn't have to pay to harvest and leave it for the game. Win win. Woul hurt my feeling if they ended the communist farming

I think it varies by crop...know we pay the full bill from our carrier, think almonds are the same as citrus, at least that's what my neighbor told me.

The stock market so over valued that a 30% drop is long over due. Actually foreign markets are a better buy now. European defense stocks?

Money managers are forward looking, markets are too often reactionary. My money manager isn't panicking, so I'm not. I like Sec. Blinken, he certainly has the experience and is level headed....watched a couple of recent interviews with him, so my forward outlook is positive right now....time will tell, but it certainly isn't panic time by any means.

What changes?
Another %50 tariff to Canada steel today?
I don't give a shit about that senile old fool but when do you stop blaming the previous administration?
Personally, I'll stop blaming the last administration when the American people are done cleaning up the mess of the last administration; just like the screaming about egg prices that has only come about in the last few weeks.....

To expand on the dairy issue U.S. dairy farms are also subsidized to the tune of 15-19 billion dollars annually. 73% of returns on U.S. dairy are government funded.
What is your data source for this?

Wall Street is always fueled by paranoia. Stocks fluctuate everytime Trump sneezes.
Poodles shouldn't start a trade war with a Pitbull.

Make no mistake about it the trade war was started by the u.s.

%30????
Do you have any idea what would happen if the market drops %30???

As far as Canada becoming the 51st state? Trump just needs to STFU on that idea.
We dont need to add the liberal population of Canada to the cesspool of liberals we already have in this country.

Trump needing to STFU as you so eloquently worded is the first thing you have said of any real value. Congratulations on finally making a worthwhile contribution.

I don't know when you'll stop blaming the previous administration but I know you'll never blame the current administration as most of the die hard MAGA here.

Like most things, it's a matter of perspective.....the pendulum for US trade, manufacturing, national interests, et al is so far out of whack, caused by decades of our so called leadership's failures and self-serving interests, that it's going to take a hard pull back the other way to bring it to center. Many of those who have benefited from the pendulum being out of whack in their favor are crying trade war, etc., while those of us on this side are calling it a long over-due correction. As to Canada, I do think that the rhetoric on that front is a bit over-stated, but some things do need to be adjusted, IMO, probably in both directions.

Thank you. I'll be here..... reading another day's worth of nonsensical spew from the great white north.

Sure do, give me a great opportunity to buy...just like the last time it dropped a bunch....made a great return over time, by not panicking.

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.
Ready for the hunt with HTK Safaris
