Plains Game Group Package Hunts 2016 & 2017

Offering plains game hunts for 5 day minimum up to 10 days .
Groups of 4 hunters can hunt @ $150 each per day .
Even if there is only 2 hunters and 2 observers or 3 hunters and 1 observer , we need to cover costs @ an average of $ 600 a day .

Animals to be hunted on private game ranch which has an abundance of animals to choose from.
Management animals can also be harvested such as Impala ,Giraffe, Wildebeest and Zebra and possibly other species which may be found in need of taking .

Prices for management Impala $50 , Wildebeest $350, Zebra $350 and Giraffe $900.

Price includes great accommodation and facilities , very comfortable for family groups . Services of a PH and all Safari crew. 3 meals a day, local beverages , daily laundry , vehicles. Transfer from Bulawayo airport and return.

Not included will be trophy's that are hunted for exporting at trophy fee prices . 2% ZTA Levy on total day rate and 4% on total trophy fees being exported.

Gun hire if required will be $ 50 a day including ammunition.

Gratuities will be at your discretion .

Leopard hunting at these rates are also available on one condition that a decent amount of plains game is hunted and that the Leopard is hunted next door to this private property as this will be in my Umguza RDC campfire district , as the leopard hunts on this ranch run for alot more $ but as everyone knows leopard often travel great distances and cover large areas so if it goes out the fence into my campfire area its now fair game and can be hunted on a separate quota very legal and exportable , I have taken 4 leopard from my campfire area , 2 by bait and 2 with hounds. So this would be a great deal for someone who would want to hire hounds it would work out very reasonable for sure.

You know, Brickburn, we ought to go. I have a SCI auction hunt that I have to use or lose this yr and it's set for Nov.4. I have been looking at something before that hunt. I have been making inquiries and looking..... Get 3-4 people and this is really well priced! A couple of cull animals and maybe a chance at a leopard..... If Wayne comes,through w/ a Buff then we'd really have a great time. Bruce

Hi guys , sorry for not replying sooner was out in the bush doing some repairs, pumping water and scouting etc .

Ok other species available and prices Kudu $ 1600, Kudu cow $600, Zebra $1100, Eland $ 2000, Eland cow $ 1000.Wildebeest $ 850 , Wildebeest cow $ 600, Steenbok $ 500, Bush pig $ 550, Civet cat $ 500, Honey badger $ 375. Bush buck $ 1000, Giraffe $ 1850, Impala $ 250 , Duiker $ 500, Warthog $ 500, Warthog ( Broken tusked ) $ 250, Monkey $ 50 ( Non export free ). Porcupine $ 200. Wild cat / Genet $ 200.

This will be a case of where good friends and family members all hunt together , basically enjoying each others company and experiences , it is not going to be a 1 x1 scenario where each hunter has his or her own PH / vehicle. This is a super discounted hunt as apposed to the normal rates for this special place. The location LeeM is Cawston ranch ( Rosslyn Safaris ) yes good folks this is the place and its a super place for what I am offering , everything here is top notch and an abundance of game .

I have been good friends with the Johnstone family for many years and have placed many hunts through this ranch over the years besides the years that I worked there .

Anyway the hunt will be aided by very experienced staff / trackers and game scouts and most likely there will be another vehicle available to assist with recovering some of the animals harvested and collecting some hunters at specific locations .

We want to encourage walk and stalk so it will be a tremendous experience for those that want to do this with no "pressure" on anyone just a great fun hunt and for all to share their days hunting experience around the campfire in the evenings .

Hope i made sense of what to expect . And please do bring a shot gun with and as much ammo as you can carry because this place has awesome game birds that when you feel like taking a break or just because these birds are now teasing the hell out of you , you can let loose and with some luck we will have them prepared for dinner ....
