For those attending or anyone still on the fence, the temps are going to be upper to low 20°F during the get together.
I have requested heaters placed out on the rooftop area like we had last year.
As mentioned prior, there will be blank name tags and markers so you can have your name and AH username on them.

Look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow (Friday) from 6pm-10pm.

AH Get together/ SCI '25


Hello AH family,

I'm happy to announce the AH Get Together will be held on: January 24th 2025 (Friday) from 6pm to 10pm during the 2025 Safari Club International (SCI) convention held in Nashville, TN.

You do not need to be an SCI member nor an AH member to come. It's just an informal get together to meet up, have drinks/eat, and visit with fellow hunters and AH members.

The AH Get Together will be held at Jonathan’s Grill (3rd Ave Location), second floor. There will be blank name tags and markers on the bar when you enter the 2nd floor space.

A full food menu will be available, as well as attended bar.

Any food/drinks etc will be for you to settle with Johnathan’s directly (Cash/card accepted)

The inside area will hold approx. 60+ guests and the outside area has a nice gas firepit and can accommodate several more.

There is a pay to park lot located directly across from the restaurant. You pay via a QR scan on your phone. Free parking is street side around the corner or down the street.

It was a good time at the AH get together in Nashville. I Met up with @ActionBob, he delivered the 10 gauge for the donation to hurricane Helena. @Just Gina was missed by several of us AH members. It was great to be able to put some to new faces with new AH members and reconnect with those I have met and had previous transactions with.

Thanks for planning the AH Gathering at Jonathan’s Restaurant in Nashville last night. Fun crowd and met several fellow hunters.

Also, great SCI convention again downtown. The Veterans Breakfast was well attended this morning at the Omni. Happy hunting, TheGrayRider a/k/a Tom.

I was sorry to miss this year. Something came up last minute and I had to head to the farm. It sounds like it was a great get together. See ya’ll next year eh? (That’s Southern Canadian lingo).

I could not stay either due to an unexpected death in the family. I bet the event was great!

@BnC 04 Got sick and was not able to participate in the dinner. I neglected to bring tickets or another means to come up with a way to give away our door prize.

So discussing it with a few folks we collectively decided to give it to Nathan in appreciationfor all his work organizing this wonderful event. So I sent it with his Outfitter. Perhaps Nathan can post a better picture. I was struggling with an almost dead phone and poor lighting

Unfortunately @Just Gina did not make it this year. She has been swamped with remodeling our new to us money pit... um house in Texas

She regrets not having been there to see all her friends in attendance and especially for not being there to meet Mrs. @CAustin and the young Master @Shootist43 AKA Trip.

You looked like a busy man at the show, but I'm glad I was able to meet you briefly and give you an AH hat to wear on your next adventure. Timing was perfect as I got to meet Dalton and York at the same time. Pity so many weren't able to get a booth at the show, but hopefully that changes in the future.

This year marks the 3rd AH event we have held at Johnathan’s. It's been a pleasure lining it up but it's time to "pass the torch" due to our move North right around the corner.
